Your New Work Environment
You will be an integral part of our Reporting & Analytics team, working closely with colleagues situated in Serbia and the Netherlands. While a portion of the team concentrates on reporting, the analytics stream functions as a dedicated data science unit, crafting machine learning-based solutions specifically within the financial sector. This team is characterized by its growth, collaborative spirit, and impact-driven approach, featuring a diverse mix of junior, medior, and senior professionals.
Your role is multifaceted, encompassing data analysis, machine learning expertise, and strong collaboration with business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large and complex financial datasets to generate actionable insights and support data‑driven decision‑making.
- Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models for real‑world use cases (e.g., classification, forecasting, automation).
- Translate analytical findings into clear, concise insights and visualizations for both business and technical stakeholders.
- Automate data flows and analytical processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
- Build and maintain data models in accordance with data governance standards, partnering closely with both the analytics and reporting teams.
- Contribute to the development of scalable and reliable financial reporting and analytics solutions used across multiple brands and countries.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure solutions address real business needs.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.
- Experience with Databricks or similar data platforms.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Practical experience with machine learning models.
- Degree in a technical or quantitative field (Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
- Clear communication and ability to understand business needs.
- Excellent command of English.
Our Selection Process:
Our selection process comprises three distinct steps:
