Role Overview

We are opening a 6-month fixed-term R&D Technician position to support the ongoing development of our Innovation Platforms related to Boundless Barrier, Transparency, and Safe Repellency. This role will have a primary focus on Transparency and Safe Repellency solutions.

Primary Objectives:

• Accelerate the characterization of samples during intensive trials and analysis campaigns related to project platforms.
• Be agile to manage several activities in parallel according to priorities.
• Conduct proof-of-concept evaluations for new ideas.

Work Content:

• Planning and executing experiments related to prototyping.
• Carrying out sample characterization, including physical and chemical assessments.
• Analyzing results in collaboration with the R&D team.
• Reporting findings in a clear and structured manner.

Candidate Requirements:

• MSc/Bachelor in chemistry, physics, material science, or a related field relevant to papermaking.
• Experience with paper coating processes.
• Sufficient proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
