The Aha! marketing team is highly collaborative, working in North American time zones for live interactions via video. They drive growth by handling content, creative, and product marketing initiatives, working hard and fast while always seeking improvement and fun.
Our Programs
The content and communications group produces a broad range of material including blog posts, educational guides, newsletters, social media content, and customer communications. They use Aha! Roadmaps and Teamwork for planning, Slack and Zoom for communication, and leverage AI tools to accelerate research and drafting.
Your Experience
For the Sr. Writer role, you bring at least 7 years of experience in shaping, writing, and editing thought leadership content for product and company leaders. You are passionate about company growth, product development, and innovation, and excel in voice matching and critical thinking. You welcome feedback, are resilient and collaborative, and have a keen interest in sophisticated workflow management tools.
Your Work at Aha!
- Deliver high-quality company and product thought leadership content.
- Create comprehensive content independently from outline to final draft.
- Write for multiple channels including blogs, newsletters, and social media.
- Edit and review marketing content including product announcements and campaigns.
- Provide input to improve Aha!'s own suite of tools.
