The Aha! marketing team is a highly collaborative group of experts spanning campaigns, content, creative, knowledge base, and product marketing. We work within North American time zones to facilitate live video meetings and maximize collective achievement.

Our programs

The product marketing group is responsible for communicating the unique value of our products and services. We manage diverse programs, from weekly go-to-market launches to hosting live product trainings and developing tools that support our Customer Success team.

We tirelessly champion our products across various channels, are deadline-driven, and maintain exceptionally high standards. We constantly seek to deepen our customer, marketing, and product understanding to demonstrate how our software helps teams succeed.

We use Aha! Roadmaps and Aha! Teamwork for planning and collaboration, acting as power users of our own software. We often provide feedback and suggestions for improvements that are also shipped to customers. We communicate primarily via Slack and Zoom, with email used rarely.

Your Experience

You have a proven track record of successfully bringing innovative B2B SaaS products to market in highly competitive environments. You understand how to drive interest and adoption in emerging categories, possess strategic thinking for positioning and differentiation, and can execute quickly with meticulous attention to detail.

As a storyteller at heart, you love writing and are eager to hone your craft. You excel at distilling complex concepts, quickly creating engaging content that clearly communicates your message and achieves results. You also leverage data to inform your work.

You thrive at the forefront of new technology, using AI daily and being enthusiastic about its transformative impact on product development. You haven't been this energized by a new technology since your first smartphone. Ultimately, you combine an entrepreneurial mindset with a deep commitment to helping customers thrive, translating complex capabilities into compelling messaging that resonates with product builders.

You Also Have

  • Seven+ years of experience in product marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
  • Deep familiarity with the product development domain.
  • Strong history of delivering high-quality launches, campaigns, and content.
  • Proven success driving acquisition from awareness to trial conversion.
  • Enthusiasm for driving social conversations and participating in online debates.
  • Collaborated effectively with product and broader marketing teams.

As the Sr. Product Marketing Manager for Aha! Builder, you will significantly contribute to the success of a fast-growing product in one of today's most exciting software areas.

  • Define positioning and messaging for Aha! Builder, clearly differentiating our solution in a rapidly evolving market.
  • Lead go-to-market activities for new Aha! Builder capabilities, including features that bring AI-assisted product creation to life.
  • Immerse yourself in the market, becoming an internal expert on how modern product teams build software.
  • Partner closely with our PM/UX and Customer Success teams to drive product interest and adoption.
  • Become a power user of the product to effectively communicate best practices to customers.
  • Create high-quality content for prospects and customers, including blogs, social media videos, website content, live trainings, and success stories.
  • Share thought leadership content to expand online conversations.
  • Empower internal teams with the messaging and tools needed to confidently champion Aha! Builder.

We offer comprehensive benefits, including profit sharing. The U.S.-based benefits include:

  • The base salary range for this role in the U.S. is between $120,000 and $160,000.
  • Cash-based compensation also includes profit sharing, with a percentage of your total pay contributed monthly toward your retirement.
  • Medical, dental, and vision plans (with 100% premium coverage for many teammates).
  • Up to 200 hours of paid time off annually.
  • 30 to 90 days of paid parental leave, and five to 10 days of paid care and bereavement leave.
  • Up to $1,000 annually for third-party education, plus paid time off for learning immersion.
  • Volunteer opportunities throughout the year.

Base salary and total compensation depend on various factors, including skills, experience, and relevant past roles.
