Role Overview - Sr. Demand Manager Content
This role is responsible for developing and executing an integrated content growth strategy aimed at driving organic growth and content distribution. You will lead SEO, AI optimization, and performance analysis across channels such as search, social, email, and on the website while working with cross-functional teams.
Your Responsibilities
- Drive the strategy for organic growth and content distribution across multiple channels.
- Deepen understanding of the market, customers, and products to refine content strategies.
- Define and maintain the SEO and AI discovery roadmap along with content structure and optimization.
- Collaborate with product marketing and website teams to utilize content as an acquisition path.
- Analyze organic growth performance and align paid and organic acquisition strategies.
- Develop partnerships and leverage social listening and SEO tools to expand reach.
- Work closely with various teams to turn strategies into coordinated executions.
Your Experience
Applicants should have at least seven years of experience driving awareness for a sophisticated B2B audience. A solid background in SEO, AI optimization, content repurposing, and integrated content growth is required. You should excel in both strategic planning and cross-team collaboration.
Compensation & Benefits
- U.S. base salary between 120,000 and 160,000 USD plus profit sharing.
