Product Success Specialist at Aha!

Aha! is seeking a Product Success Specialist to provide consultative support directly to customers. The Customer Success team is fully remote, operating across various time zones to ensure prompt customer responses. About You

You are a hard worker with a proven track record of making a positive impact, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth tech companies innovating with AI. You have recent experience in product management or a similar role directly responsible for software development. Your preference is to work with customers rather than defining requirements, and you are energized by showcasing advanced technology to sophisticated users.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of experience defining, managing, and launching customer-facing experiences at a growing software or technology company.
  • Experience working directly with customers.
  • Deep curiosity to learn complex tools and workflows, including advanced AI capabilities.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Confidence to pursue dynamic opportunities.

  • U.S. base salary range: $60,000-$100,000, plus profit sharing.
  • Retirement contributions: Percentage of total pay, contributed monthly.
  • Medical, dental, and vision: Many teammates are covered at 100%.
  • Paid time off: Up to 200 hours per year.
  • Parental leave: 30 to 90 days, plus paid care/bereavement leave.
  • Learning stipend: Up to $1,000 annually, plus paid learning time.
  • Volunteer opportunities: Available throughout the year.

Base salary and total compensation depend on skills, experience, and relevant past roles.
