Our Team
Our Customer Success team is an all-remote group, strategically spread across multiple time zones to provide close customer collaboration. We work with the world's most known and innovative companies, guiding them to build beloved products. Our team comprises product development experts with proven experience in delivering meaningful customer value. We act with urgency, responding quickly to create maximum value. We operate without a traditional sales team, focusing solely on customer best interests. Collaboration is key, with clear communication, effort, and teamwork celebrated. We primarily use Slack for internal communication and Zoom for team and customer video calls, with email used rarely. We guide product development by bringing customer requirements to our product team and defining efficient processes. Your Experience
You are a hard worker with a history of positive impact, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth technology environments. You prefer working directly with customers alongside high-achieving teammates. You possess recent experience in product management or a similar role directly responsible for building software. Your preference is working with customers (rather than defining requirements and guiding development), and showcasing advanced technology to sophisticated customers energizes you. You also have:
- Three+ years' experience defining, managing, or launching new functionality at a growing software or technology company.
- Used a detailed go-to-market process to achieve product and business goals.
- Learned complex software applications and workflow methodologies.
- Written clear instructions to answer questions and explain best practices.
- Independently resolved hard challenges.
Your Work at Aha! - Responsibilities
If you aspire to be recognized as a product development expert, this Product Success Manager role is ideal, designed for product managers who prefer customer interaction over developer engagement. Our Product Success team delivers consultative support to the world's leading organizations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Guiding the world's largest and most sophisticated organizations in improving innovation and software development.
- Delivering responsive customer service using our proven frameworks.
- Guiding customers from initial demo through active subscription, including procurement, legal, and security processes.
- Learning and sharing best practices for strategy, idea capture, prioritization, and visual roadmap creation.
- Helping customers integrate Aha! software with existing tools (e.g., development systems).
- Sharing customer feedback internally.
- Testing new product functionality as needed.
- Setting an example for newer team members in leading demos, sharing best practices, and assisting with integrations.

For U.S.-based hires, the base salary range for this role is between $80,000 and $150,000. Cash-based compensation also includes profit sharing, with a monthly percentage of total pay contributed towards retirement. We offer medical, dental, and vision plans (often covering 100% of premiums), up to 200 hours of paid time off, 30-90 days of paid parental leave, and 5-10 days of paid care and bereavement leave. Additionally, up to $1,000 annually is provided for third-party education, along with paid time off for learning. Volunteer opportunities are available year-round. Base salary and total compensation are dependent upon many factors, including skills, experience, and relevant past roles.
