Overview
The Product Success Manager role is designed for experienced product managers who prefer working directly with customers rather than guiding development work. In this role, you will provide expert support to help customers achieve product success with Aha! – the world’s #1 product development software.

Role Responsibilities
- Guide sophisticated organizations to improve product innovation and build software.
- Deliver responsive customer service using proven frameworks.
- Manage customer journeys from demo through subscription and procurement.
- Share best practices on strategy, idea capture, and roadmap creation.
- Facilitate software integration with existing tools and relay customer feedback internally.
- Test new product features and mentor newer team members.
Candidate Experience & Requirements
- Minimum three years in product management or a similar role.
- Proven ability to work directly with customers.
- Deep understanding of go-to-market processes and complex software methodologies.
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth technology companies.
- Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
