Your Role as Product Success Manager
This unique role is designed for product managers who prefer directly engaging with customers over defining requirements for development. You will provide consultative support to the world’s most innovative companies, guiding them from demo to active subscription. You will:
- Guide sophisticated organizations in product innovation and software integration.
- Deliver responsive customer service using proven frameworks.
- Help customers integrate Aha! software with existing tools.
- Share best practices on strategy, idea capture, and visual roadmaps.
- Test new functionalities and support team members in demos and integrations.
Requirements & Experience
You must have at least three years' experience in product management or a similar role at a technology company. Preferred attributes include a strong customer focus, experience with go-to-market strategies, and the ability to resolve challenges independently.
