Your Experience

You are self-motivated, eager to learn, and possess a passion for technology and product management. You have experience working with SaaS products in enterprise product development, productivity, or collaboration markets. You think strategically about product functionality while maintaining exceptional detail orientation. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you advocate for your products and have a deep curiosity and strong motivation to leverage AI for improvement and acceleration. You care deeply about customer needs and have a design eye for lovable user experiences. Ultimately, you embody a "get it done" attitude and have a consistent background of delivering superb work.

• Five+ years of experience as a product manager at a growing software or technology company.
• Proven success driving trial to paid conversion.
• Driven meaningful, measurable product growth.
• Worked collaboratively with a team to drive product success.
• Written engaging go-to-market content that sparked customer interest.

Your Work at Aha! - Responsibilities

This is a unique Product Manager role, defining and shaping how product teams at the largest companies build lovable products. You will help build the products that achieve this by:

• Interacting directly with customers to understand their true needs.
• Collaborating with product and company leadership to define the product roadmap.
• Supporting a cross-functional team to deliver product enhancements and new features.
• Identifying opportunities to build AI-enhanced capabilities.
• Prioritizing functionality based on product goals and customer needs.
• Working closely with UX and engineering teams to design outstanding customer experiences.
• Developing core positioning and messaging for new releases.
• Supporting go-to-market activities.
• Measuring the use of new features.

We offer comprehensive benefits and more, including profit sharing. The U.S.-based benefits listed below are largely extended to international teammates:

• Base salary range for this U.S. role: $110,000 - $160,000.
• Cash-based compensation includes profit sharing; a percentage of total pay is contributed monthly toward retirement.
• Medical, dental, and vision plans (100% premium coverage for many teammates).
• Up to 200 hours of paid time off annually.
• 30 to 90 days of paid parental leave; five to 10 days of paid care and bereavement leave.
• Up to $1,000 annually for third-party education, plus paid time off for learning immersion.

Base salary and total compensation depend on various factors, including skills, experience, and relevant past roles.
