Your Experience

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a passion for technology and product management. Ideal candidates have experience with SaaS products in enterprise product development, productivity, or collaboration markets. You possess strategic thinking, exceptional attention to detail, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a drive to use AI for improvement. A deep curiosity, a strong customer focus, and a design eye for lovable user experiences are essential. A 'get it done' attitude and a history of delivering superb work are key.

You Also Have

• Five+ years of experience as a product manager at a growing software or technology company.
• Proven success driving trial to paid conversion.
• Driven meaningful, measurable product growth.
• Worked collaboratively with a team to drive product success.
• Written engaging go-to-market content that sparked customer interest.

Your Work at Aha!

Responsibilities include defining and shaping how product teams at the largest companies build lovable products. You will:

• Interact directly with customers to understand their needs.
• Collaborate with product and company leadership on the product roadmap.
• Support cross-functional teams in delivering product enhancements and new features.
• Identify opportunities to build AI-enhanced capabilities.
• Prioritize functionality based on product goals and customer needs.
• Work closely with user experience and engineering teams to design and build outstanding customer experiences.
• Develop core positioning and messaging for new releases.
• Support go-to-market activities.
• Measure the use of new features.

Compensation & Benefits (U.S.-Based)

• Base salary range: $110,000 - $160,000 annually.
• Cash-based compensation includes profit sharing.
• Monthly retirement contributions.
• Medical, dental, and vision plans (100% premium coverage for many).
• Up to 200 hours of paid time off annually.
• 30-90 days of paid parental leave.
• 5-10 days of paid care and bereavement leave.
• Up to $1,000 annually for third-party education and paid time off for learning.

Base salary and total compensation depend on skills, experience, and past roles.
