Your Experience

You are self-motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about technology and product management. You have experience with SaaS products in enterprise product development, productivity, or collaboration markets. You think strategically about product functionality while being exceptionally detail-oriented. You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and advocate for your products. You have deep curiosity and strong motivation to use AI to improve and accelerate your work. You care deeply about customer needs and have a design eye for lovable user experiences. Ultimately, you have a "get it done" attitude and a proven background of delivering superb work.

You Also Have:

• Five+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a growing software or technology company.
• Proven success driving trial to paid conversion.
• Driven meaningful, measurable product growth.
• Worked collaboratively with a team to drive product success.
• Written engaging go-to-market content that sparked customer interest.

Your Work as a Product Manager at Aha!

This is a unique product management role, shaping how product teams at the world's largest companies build lovable products. You will help build the products that enable their success. Your responsibilities include:

• Interacting directly with customers to understand their true needs.
• Collaborating with product and company leadership to define the product roadmap.
• Supporting a cross-functional team to deliver product enhancements and new features.
• Identifying opportunities to build AI-enhanced capabilities.
• Prioritizing functionality based on product goals and customer needs.
• Working closely with user experience and engineering teams to design and build outstanding customer experiences.
• Developing core positioning and messaging for new releases.
• Supporting go-to-market activities.
• Measuring the use of new features.

The base salary range for this role in the U.S. is between $110,000 and $160,000. Cash-based compensation also includes profit sharing, and we contribute a percentage of your total pay each month toward your retirement. Medical, dental, and vision plans (with 100% premium coverage for many teammates), up to 200 hours of paid time off, 30-90 days of paid parental leave, 5-10 days of paid care and bereavement leave, and up to $1,000 annually for third-party education with paid learning time off are provided. Base salary and total compensation depend on skills, experience, and relevant past roles.
