Job Responsibilities
- Interact directly with customers to capture real needs.
- Collaborate with leadership to shape the product roadmap.
- Support cross-functional teams to deliver enhancements and new features.
- Identify opportunities for AI-enhanced capabilities.
- Work with UX and engineering teams to create outstanding customer experiences.
- Develop positioning and messaging for new releases.
- Support go-to-market activities and measure feature usage.
Your Experience
The ideal candidate is self-motivated with a strong background in SaaS product management, enterprise product development, productivity, and collaboration markets. You balance strategic thinking with keen attention to detail, possess an entrepreneurial mindset, and have a passion for using AI to accelerate product growth. You bring five-plus years of experience and a proven track record in driving conversion, measurable product growth, and engaging go-to-market content.
