Your Experience

You are a self-motivated, eager learner with a passion for technology and product management. You possess five+ years of experience as a Product Manager at a growing software or technology company, specifically with SaaS products in enterprise product development, productivity, or collaboration markets. You think strategically about product functionality while maintaining exceptional detail orientation. With an entrepreneurial mindset, you advocate for your products, exhibit deep curiosity in using AI to improve everything you do, and care deeply about customer needs and lovable user experiences. Ultimately, you have a "get it done" attitude and a proven track record of consistently delivering superb work.

Your Work as Product Manager at Aha!

This is a unique Product Manager role, defining and shaping how product teams at the world's largest companies build lovable products. You will help build the products that enable their success. Your responsibilities include:

• Interacting directly with customers to understand their true needs.
• Collaborating with product and company leadership to define the product roadmap.
• Supporting a cross-functional team in delivering product enhancements and new features.
• Identifying opportunities to build AI-enhanced capabilities.
• Prioritizing functionality based on product goals and customer needs.
• Working closely with user experience and engineering teams to design outstanding customer experiences.
• Developing core positioning and messaging for new releases.
• Supporting go-to-market activities.
• Measuring the use of new features.

The specific U.S.-based benefits are listed below, and we strive to extend identical benefits to international teammates.

• The base salary range for this role in the U.S. is between $110,000 and $160,000.
• Cash-based compensation includes profit sharing, with a percentage of total pay contributed monthly toward your retirement.
• Medical, dental, and vision plans (we cover 100% of premiums for many teammates).
• Up to 200 hours of paid time off per year for your discretion.
• 30 to 90 days of paid parental leave, plus five to 10 days of paid care and bereavement leave.
• Up to $1,000 annually for third-party education, with paid time off for immersive learning.
• Volunteer opportunities available throughout the year.
