Our Technology
We run a Ruby on Rails monolith with Postgres, Redis, Memcached, and Kafka, supported by a Node.js webserver for real-time updates. Our infrastructure includes AWS (with ECS), GitHub Actions on self-hosted runners for fast and reliable CI testing. We balance new technologies with maintenance considerations and optimization for major clients.
The Role: Platform Engineer CI
You will develop abstractions, frameworks, and tools that support Aha! engineers. Responsibilities include building CI pipelines, developer tooling (CLI, environment setups), monitoring and observability systems, and infrastructure services, while engaging in code reviews and collaboration.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of Ruby on Rails experience
- Experience managing AWS infrastructure using Terraform
- Knowledge of containerization and build systems
- Proven experience running CI pipelines for sizable teams
