As a Steakhouse Food Server, you will be responsible for providing knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverages to our casino and hotel guests. This role requires a full working knowledge of the menu, specials, beverages, and wine lists.

You will be an integral part of ensuring an excellent dining experience for guests within the high-end steakhouse environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Maintain a full working knowledge of the menu, daily specials, beverages, and comprehensive wine lists.
• Execute the correct sequence of service consistently for all guests.
• Efficiently clear, clean, reset, and maintain your assigned station throughout your shift.
• Collaborate with other servers to ensure the highest possible service standards are met.
• Process guest receipts accurately and in accordance with internal controls.
• Ensure all Food & Beverage areas adhere to company standards and applicable regulations.
• Stay informed about all property events and hours of operation for all Food & Beverage outlets.
• May be assigned to various Food & Beverage work stations within the casino and/or hotel.
• Consistently provide excellent guest service to enhance the overall experience.
• Adhere to all Tribal Ordinances, Regulations, ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

While gaming experience is not required, candidates should ideally possess a high school diploma or GED. Preferred experience includes 1-2 years in a full-service dining restaurant environment, demonstrating a strong foundation in hospitality and service.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

This role requires significant physical activity, including standing, moving throughout the property (up to 1 mile), climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods. The environment may include exposure to smoke. The noise level is typically moderate but can escalate in the casino area. The ability to grasp, bend, lift, and/or carry goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs intermittently is essential. Sufficient manual dexterity for using office equipment and multi-line telephones is also necessary.
