Pool Bar Food Server

Job Summary

The Pool Bar Food Server is responsible for providing knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverages to our casino and hotel guests, specifically in the vibrant pool bar environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess a full working knowledge of the menu, daily specials, beverages, and wine lists.
• Consistently follow the correct sequence of service for all guest interactions.
• Efficiently clear, clean, reset, and maintain the assigned station throughout the shift.
• Collaborate and assist other servers to ensure the highest possible service standards.
• Accurately handle guests' receipts in accordance with internal controls.
• Ensure Food & Beverage areas are maintained according to company standards and all applicable regulations.
• Stay informed on property events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets.
• May be assigned to various Food & Beverage work stations within the casino and/or hotel.
• Provide excellent guest service at all times.
• Adhere strictly to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Qualifications

GAMING EXPERIENCE NOT REQUIRED

Education & Experience

High school diploma/GED preferred. 1-2 years of related experience in full-service dining is preferred.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to stand, move, and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods. The environment may include a smoke-filled casino area. The noise level is typically moderate but can escalate in casino environments. Candidates must be able to grasp, bend, lift, and/or carry goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs intermittently, and possess sufficient hand dexterity for using office equipment like computer keyboards, calculators, and multi-line telephones.
