Job Summary

The Busser Sports Bar assists food and beverage staff in cleaning and maintaining the work environment at Agua Caliente Casinos.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Stocks all areas of the outlet efficiently.
• Cleans, resets, and meticulously maintains tables for guest readiness.
• Maintains all equipment, ensuring operational efficiency and cleanliness.
• Assures Food & Beverage areas are maintained in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations.
• Remains up-to-date on property events and hours of operation for all Food & Beverage outlets.
• May be assigned to Food & Beverage work stations across the casino and/or hotel.
• Provides excellent guest service to both external guests and internal clients.
• Adheres to all Tribal Ordinances, Regulations, ACCRS, SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.

Supervisory Responsibilities

None.

Qualifications

Required Education and/or Experience:

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Six months of related experience preferred.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands

This role requires individuals to stand, move, and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1 ½ miles, climbing stairs, and standing for extended periods. The environment may be smoke-filled. The noise level is typically moderate but can escalate in the casino. Candidates must be able to grasp, bend, lift, and/or carry goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs intermittently, and possess sufficient hand dexterity for using office equipment and multi-line telephones.
