Banquet Food Server at Agua Caliente Casinos

Responsible for providing knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, and courteous service of food and beverages to casino and hotel guests.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Have a full working knowledge of the menu, specials, beverages and wine lists.
  • Follow the correct sequence of service at all times.
  • Clear, clean, reset, and maintain station during shift.
  • Assist other servers in giving the best possible service.
  • Handle guest receipts according to internal controls.
  • Maintain F&B areas per company standards and regulations.
  • Stay updated on property events and F&B outlet hours.
  • May be assigned to casino and/or hotel food & beverage workstations.
  • Provide excellent guest service and adhere to all guidelines and internal controls.

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED preferred with 1-2 years of full-service dining experience. Gaming experience is not required.

Working Conditions

  • Ability to stand, move, and work throughout the property.
  • Walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs, and extended periods of standing.
  • May work in a smoke-filled and moderately noisy environment, especially in casino settings.
  • Must be able to lift or carry goods weighing 25 lbs intermittently and operate office equipment.
