Team Overview

The Corporate Strategy team works closely with Agoda's management, providing critical insights, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and driving strategic initiatives. The team is focused on blending high-level priorities with effective daily execution.

The Opportunity

In the role of Strategic Project Management Corporate Strategy, you will lead and contribute to key projects with senior stakeholders. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and executing high-impact projects with clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management and Execution: Oversee strategic projects, maintain roadmaps, and monitor progress.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the contact point across departments and ensure alignment.
  • Strategy and Reporting: Analyze performance metrics, compile reports, and disseminate key insights.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
  • 4-8 years experience in strategy consulting or tech project management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to learn fast and adapt to new business dynamics.

Bonus Skills

Knowledge of SQL or Tableau, or a willingness to learn, is a plus.

Location & Relocation

This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand with relocation support provided.
