Role Overview
The Product Designer - Consumer Facing at Agoda is a seasoned UX/Interaction designer with 5+ years of experience. This role involves designing and refining digital travel experiences, creating wireframes and prototypes, and collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver hands-on design solutions for consumer travel search, booking, and checkout experiences.
- Collaborate with researchers to evaluate and improve design impact.
- Gain deep domain knowledge in OTA business through daily collaboration.
- Advocate user-centric design principles and engage with external partners.
- Drive continuous discovery and influence product strategy and roadmap.
Experience & Expectations
Candidates should have at least 5 years of full-time experience in UX/Interaction design, proficiency in wireframing and prototyping, strong portfolio evidence, and excellent communication skills in English. Managing multiple stakeholders in an agile environment is essential.
