About The Role
The People Analytics Project Management Specialist at Agoda will shape HR strategy through operational excellence by driving projects that improve HR processes and employee experience. You will partner with HR and business stakeholders, working with both technical (HR Tech, Business Intelligence) and non-technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
In This Role, You’ll Get To
- Drive efficiency and optimize HR processes through project management.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver strategic insights and advisory support.
- Utilize data analysis and visualization to identify operational bottlenecks.
- Design monitoring KPIs and dashboards for effective performance tracking.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to improve overall employee experience.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- 4+ years in operational excellence or process improvement in tech or e-commerce, or 3+ years in consulting at MBB/Big 4.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Expertise in data analysis using Excel and data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- An ownership mindset with a keen attention to detail and tight deadline management.
It’s Great if You Have
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field.
- Experience in HR transformation or operational excellence.
- A high Emotional Quotient and a proactive service leadership approach.
- A history of challenging the status quo to improve processes.
- Experience working in multicultural or international environments.
