About the Role

The People Analytics Project Management Specialist plays a key role in shaping HR strategy through operational excellence and actionable insights. You will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to drive process improvements, implement new systems, and enhance employee experience. This position bridges technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and impactful HR transformation.

  • Serve as project manager to drive efficiency and optimize HR processes.
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic HR decisions.
  • Utilize data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
  • Collaborate with technical (HR Tech, Business Intelligence) and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Design and monitor KPIs to flag operational inefficiencies.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

Minimum 4+ years of experience in operational excellence or process improvement in a fast-paced tech environment (or 3+ years in consulting roles at MBB/Big 4). Strong project management, advanced Excel, data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker), and SQL skills are essential. An ownership mindset with attention to detail, confidentiality, and a proactive approach is required.

It’s Great if You Have

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
  • Experience in HR operational excellence or HR transformation.
  • A high Emotional Quotient and service leadership philosophy.
  • Proven ability to challenge the status quo and propose process improvements.
  • Experience working in multicultural or international environments.
