About The Role

As a People Analytics Project Management Specialist at Agoda, you will drive operational excellence by managing HR projects from initiation to successful delivery. You will partner with HR and business stakeholders to implement process improvements, optimize systems, and deliver actionable insights to enhance employee experiences. Collaboration with both technical teams (HR Tech, Business Intelligence) and non-technical stakeholders is a key part of this role.

In This Role, You’ll Get To

  • Manage HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and partner satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to optimize processes.
  • Deliver actionable insights to support strategic HR decisions.
  • Identify inefficiencies and propose improvements using data analysis.
  • Design KPI monitoring tools and dashboards for effective tracking.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

4+ years in operational excellence or process improvement (or 3+ years in consulting at top firms) with strong project management and communication skills. Proficiency in data analysis using advanced Excel, data visualization (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker), and SQL. An ownership mindset with rigorous attention to detail and confidentiality is essential.

It’s Great if You Have

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field, experience in HR operational excellence or transformation, high emotional intelligence, and a proven track record of challenging the status quo in a multicultural environment.
