About the Role
The People Analytics Project Management Specialist will drive operational excellence in HR by partnering with multiple stakeholders to enhance processes and employee experiences. You will be instrumental in managing projects, delivering actionable insights, and ensuring effective collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
In This Role, You’ll Get To
- Manage HR process improvement projects with clear deliverables.
- Collaborate with technical (HR Tech, Business Intelligence) and non-technical teams.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic HR decisions.
- Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies using data analysis.
- Design monitoring KPIs and develop dashboards for HR metrics.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- 4+ years in operational excellence or process improvement in tech/e-commerce, or 3+ years in consulting at MBB/Big 4.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis with advanced Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Working knowledge of SQL and strong attention to detail.
- An ownership mindset with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
It’s Great if You Have
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in quantitative fields.
- Experience in HR operational excellence or HR transformation.
- A high Emotional Quotient and a service leadership philosophy.
- A track record of challenging the status quo and proposing improvements.
- Experience in multicultural or international work environments.
