About The Role
The People Analytics Project Management Specialist will drive HR operational excellence and process improvement by partnering with HR and business stakeholders. You will manage HR projects, provide actionable insights, and ensure effective communication between technical and non-technical teams from day one.
In This Role, You’ll Get To
- Manage HR projects for process optimization and efficiency.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic HR decisions.
- Collaborate with technical teams (HR Tech, Business Intelligence) and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify and solve operational inefficiencies using data analysis.
- Design and monitor KPIs and dashboards for HR stakeholders.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
- 4+ years’ experience in operational excellence or process improvement, or 3+ years consulting experience.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel, data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker), and SQL.
- A detail-oriented mindset with a high level of confidentiality and ethics.
It’s Great if You Have
- A degree in quantitative fields.
- Experience in HR operational excellence or transformation.
- The ability to challenge the status quo and improve processes.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international environment.
