About the Role
The AI Conversational Designer role focuses on shaping the behavior, flow, and quality of Agoda’s Chatbot assistant. Positioned at the intersection of conversation design, UX, and content strategy, this specialist position is pivotal in designing scalable and high-quality conversational experiences for AI products.
What You’ll Do
- Conversational Experience: Design conversational flows, structure dialog, and define context gathering methods.
- Tone and Behavior: Define and maintain the assistant’s consistent tone of voice and principles.
- AI and Experimentation: Guide LLM behavior with conversational patterns and conduct A/B testing.
- Collaboration: Work with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to align conversational strategies with technical capabilities.
- Enablement: Create artifacts like conversation flows, pattern libraries, and example dialogs for design teams.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in conversation or interaction design.
- Expertise in prompt engineering and developing multi-turn conversational experiences.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with chatbots, assistants, or AI-driven products.
- Nice to have: Background in tone of voice design and service or journey design.
