The Opportunity

This Chicago-based role requires a Senior Product Manager who is analytical, data-driven, and experienced in developing and launching products. You will drive product strategy, work cross-functionally, and partner with senior leadership to deliver exceptional travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze the online travel ecosystem, market trends, and user requirements.
  • Conceptualize, launch, optimize, and iterate on products and features.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and UX teams.
  • Drive innovative solutions through cross-regional and cross-functional partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or Mathematics.
  • Proven ability to leverage analytics and quantitative methods to drive decisions.
  • Strong data skills and excellent communication in English.
  • Experience in developing and launching products with a global vision.
  • Hands-on mentality with entrepreneurial and analytical abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master’s degree in Math, Economics, Computer Science or Statistics.
  • Experience with data tools such as SQL, Python, R, or equivalent.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary with bonus eligibility, 401k with match, flexible vacation, health & dental insurance, and parental benefits. The Chicago area salary range is $100,000 - $138,000.
