Role Overview: Senior Product Manager, Airlines

As the Senior Product Manager, Airlines, you will shape the future of loyalty experiences, driving partner growth and scaling a global loyalty platform.

What You’ll Do

  • Strategy & Analysis: Lead competitive analyses and define product strategy with data-driven insights.
  • Execution & Delivery: Drive end-to-end product development, launch loyalty features, and optimize solutions.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Partner with Engineering, UX, Marketing and Legal teams, and liaise with senior stakeholders to align on vision and strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
  • Proven ability to use analytics and quantitative methods.
  • Strong data skills and excellent communication ability.
  • Experience in product development and launching products globally.
  • Entrepreneurial, analytical, and hands-on mentality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Master’s degree in a related discipline.
  • Familiarity with data tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
