About the Role

Rocket Travel by Agoda, the strategic partnerships arm of Agoda, is looking for a Senior Manager, Supply Strategy to join our growing Commercial team. In this role, you will build, optimize, and manage hotel programs for our white label partners by collaborating across brands and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Dive deep into data to analyze supply trends and opportunities.
• Manage supplier partnerships for hotel, car, and insurance supply.
• Collaborate across teams to optimize supply quality and performance.
• Establish KPIs and generate performance reports for hotel programs.
• Support new white label partner launches and strategic negotiations.

What You Will Bring

• 7+ years’ experience in B2B2C, supply management, or travel industry.
• Strong data analysis and communication skills.
• Proven leadership in multi-priority management and stakeholder engagement.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
• An autonomous, growth-oriented mindset.
