Position Overview

The GPT and AI Systems Lead is a key individual contributor working cross-functionally to advance Agiloft’s enterprise AI operations. The candidate will administer enterprise GPT instances, develop custom GPTs, design integrations with enterprise platforms, and drive AI agent creation and workflow optimization. Reporting to the VP of AI Operations, this role requires a hands-on, strategic approach to transform workplace processes.

Job Responsibilities

• GPT Administration & Custom Development: Administer enterprise GPT instance, ensure stability, governance, and compliance; design, develop, and maintain custom GPTs; partner with business units; and maintain documentation and lifecycle management.
• AI Integrations & Workflow Optimization: Evaluate and implement integrations (CRM, ERP, HRIS, knowledge bases); map workflows to optimize efficiency; prototype and deploy AI agents; and maintain a roadmap for enhancements.
• Strategy & Vision: Provide input on emerging enterprise AI trends; balance experimentation with governance; and advocate for AI-driven transformation in the workplace.
• Collaboration & Enablement: Work with cross-functional teams, develop training materials, and serve as an AI subject-matter expert.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in technical roles involving AI/ML, automation, or enterprise systems integration.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with GPT, LLMs, or conversational AI platforms.
• Proven ability to design and deliver technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Strong understanding of security, compliance, and governance for enterprise AI.
• Proficiency in Python, APIs, and enterprise integration methods.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating and managing AI agents in enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC2, ISO27001, and GDPR.
• Experience in SaaS or enterprise software environments.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and agent orchestration tools.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related technical field.
