Overview
The AI Agent Engineer role at Agiloft is a fully remote opportunity. As a key individual contributor, you will design, deploy, and manage AI agents that streamline enterprise workflows in our data-first contract lifecycle management software.
Position Responsibilities
AI Agent Design & Deployment: Develop, deploy, and maintain AI agents; collaborate with business stakeholders to reduce manual tasks; ensure ethical and compliant agent deployment; prototype and test agent-driven workflows.
Oversight & Performance Management: Monitor agent performance against KPIs; establish feedback and reporting mechanisms; troubleshoot and optimize agents; maintain detailed documentation.
Ecosystem & Workflow Integration: Partner with the GPT & AI Systems Lead to evolve the agent ecosystem; integrate agents with systems like CRM, ERP, and HRIS using APIs; define interoperability standards; align agents with organizational goals.
Strategy & Thought Leadership: Contribute to Agiloft’s AI adoption vision; stay ahead of trends in multi-agent systems; share best practices; advise stakeholders on AI deployment.
Required & Preferred Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years in AI/ML development and enterprise integrations with 2+ years in AI agent systems. Must be proficient in Python, APIs, and agent orchestration platforms with strong compliance knowledge (SOC2, ISO27001, GDPR, etc.). Preferred skills include multi-agent frameworks, reinforcement learning, and previous SaaS experience.
