We are seeking an EMEA Field Marketing Associate to support marketing initiatives within our Laboratory Solutions Sales Division. This early career role is ideal for graduates who want to build experience in marketing within a Life Science environment. You will work closely with a Marketing Program Manager, supporting the execution of EMEA marketing initiatives, including prospection campaigns and cross functional coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Program Manager in the execution of EMEA marketing initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain customer lists for prospection campaigns, including tracking campaign execution and outcomes.
  • Assist in the creation, preparation, and coordination of marketing content and collateral.
  • Help coordinate internal stakeholder agendas, organize meetings, and ensure effective follow up on action items.
  • Support the preparation and formatting of PowerPoint presentations for internal use.
  • Provide day to day operational and administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of marketing activities.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biological Sciences
  • A master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent degree
  • Experience or knowledge related to Life Science.
  • Experience in marketing, project management, or prospecting.
  • Experience working in a matrixed or cross-functional organization is valued.
