The Role: Data Analyst/Data Scientist
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst/Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and project management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand complex business problems, develop technical requirements, and create data analytic solutions that provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with business customers and understand their analytical needs.
- Develop technical requirements for reports and analysis.
- Identify and capture data from internal and external sources.
- Apply statistical and visualization techniques to analyze structured and unstructured datasets.
- Use SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools (Qlik) to create dashboards and visualizations.
- Create dashboard documentation and training materials.
- Manage projects and stakeholder relationships effectively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and Enterprise systems (SAP, CRM, HANA…).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Qlik, Spotfire, Tableau, Power BI).
- Understanding of marketing, sales, and services business.
- Strong communication, project, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and logical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
