About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled WordPress Developer with enterprise-level experience, particularly on the WordPress VIP platform, to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining high-performance, secure, and scalable websites tailored for high-traffic content and marketing campaigns. Your expertise will ensure that our clients' digital assets are optimized for speed, security, and user engagement. You will collaborate closely with design, content, and DevOps teams to implement advanced publishing workflows, multilingual support, and custom Gutenberg blocks, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex projects that require a keen eye for detail, adherence to strict development standards, and innovative problem-solving skills. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in shaping the digital experiences of prominent brands and organizations, contributing to their growth and digital excellence.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess over five years of WordPress development experience, including at least one to two years working within enterprise-grade environments such as WordPress VIP. You should have a strong command of PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (including React), HTML5, and CSS3. Familiarity with Git workflows, continuous integration, and deployment practices is essential. Additionally, candidates must have a solid understanding of WP REST API, GraphQL, and headless WordPress setups. Experience managing performance and security in high-scale environments is critical, along with the ability to navigate VIP-specific review and deployment processes. A proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for staying updated with industry trends are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain high-performance WordPress themes and plugins tailored for enterprise needs.
• Work within the WordPress VIP platform to ensure code quality, security, and optimal performance.
• Collaborate with design, content, and DevOps teams to deliver cohesive website solutions aligned with project goals.
• Implement advanced publishing workflows, multilingual support, and custom Gutenberg blocks to enhance content management and user experience.
• Optimize websites for SEO, accessibility, and mobile responsiveness to maximize reach and engagement.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and adhere to VIP’s rigorous development standards to maintain quality and security.
• Manage large-scale content migrations and integrations with external platforms such as CRM systems and analytics tools.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to continuously improve development processes and outcomes.
