About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior NetSuite Developer to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru on a hybrid work model. This full-time position is ideal for a hands-on expert who can drive customization, system integrations, and overall ERP optimization within our clients' environments. The Senior NetSuite Developer will act as a crucial techno-functional bridge, translating business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders and the engineering team.
The role encompasses end-to-end delivery responsibilities, including developing and customizing NetSuite functionalities, implementing integrations with external systems, creating comprehensive reports and analytics, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT). The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our clients' ERP systems, ensuring they meet strategic business objectives.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise and business understanding, with a proven track record in NetSuite development and implementation. Candidates should have:
- Between 8 to 12+ years of total professional experience in the IT domain.
- At least 4 to 6+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite, including extensive customization and integration work.
- Experience working within enterprise or high-growth environments, demonstrating the ability to adapt and deliver in fast-paced settings.
- A solid understanding of business processes related to ERP systems, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and financial modules.
Responsibilities
The Senior NetSuite Developer will be responsible for a broad set of tasks aimed at maximizing the value of our clients' ERP systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Design, develop, and implement custom NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript 2.x, including client scripts, scheduled scripts, and Suitelets.
- Develop and maintain system integrations with external platforms such as CRM, billing, and financial systems using REST APIs and Web Services.
- Automate critical business processes like order-to-cash (O2C) and procure-to-pay (P2P) workflows through SuiteFlow and other automation tools.
- Lead data migration and transformation activities, ensuring data integrity and consistency across systems.
- Create and optimize saved searches, reports, and dashboards to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver tailored functionalities.
- Coordinate UAT activities, support end-users during testing phases, and ensure successful deployment of solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for NetSuite applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
