About The Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Manager to oversee and optimize our IT operations across corporate offices and retail stores. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a secure, efficient, and scalable IT infrastructure that supports our business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise and excellent vendor management skills to ensure seamless system performance and support the company's rapid growth.
The IT Manager will play a crucial role in setting up new retail locations, managing existing systems, and ensuring continuous operational uptime. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that is transforming the fashion industry through technology and innovation.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, preferably within the retail sector.
- Hands-on expertise with POS systems, network setup, and hardware management.
- Strong understanding of CCTV and surveillance systems.
- Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple store rollouts and IT projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity fundamentals and cloud/SaaS tools is preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all corporate IT needs, including laptops, software applications, and end-user support.
- Lead the setup and deployment of IT infrastructure for new retail stores, including POS systems, hardware, and network configurations.
- Manage and maintain CCTV, footfall cameras, and other surveillance systems across all locations to ensure security and operational efficiency.
- Ensure the stability, security, and uptime of internet and network infrastructure across offices and stores.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT equipment and systems.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and security protocols to safeguard company data and infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement improvements to optimize IT operations.
- Provide technical support and training to staff, fostering a culture of technology-driven efficiency.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and recommend enhancements to support business growth.
