About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled BI Developer / Data Analyst to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, developing reporting solutions, and automating data processes to support strategic decision-making. Your expertise in data mining, extraction, and modeling will play a crucial role in monitoring the performance of hybrid satellite and video delivery systems, including RF and video analytics platforms such as Dataminer and Qligent. The ideal candidate will possess a strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and database architecture. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in SQL, Azure, and XML is essential, along with a strong background in ETL/ELT processes. Experience with monitoring and analytics platforms such as Dataminer, Qligent, or similar RF/video performance management tools is highly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate expertise in creating dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau, with a proven ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams are critical for success in this role.

- Design and implement analytics solutions to monitor the long-term RF and video performance of hybrid terrestrial and satellite delivery systems.
- Analyze RF and video performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Utilize monitoring platforms like Dataminer and Qligent to support operational performance and reporting efforts.
