About the Role

As a Software Engineer at AgileEngine, you will contribute to high-impact internal applications that power candidate acquisition and employee development. You will work with modern technologies to enhance scalability, security, and user experience while strengthening integrations with enterprise platforms. What You Will Do

  • Maintain and improve key Employee Lifecycle Applications ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
  • Implement new features and enhancements to support employee and candidate lifecycle processes.
  • Strengthen integrations with Workday and iCIMS for seamless data flow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and efficiency.

Must Haves

  • 3+ years of experience with Python/Django, Typescript/React & Java/Spring Boot.
  • Strong JIRA practices and documentation skills.
  • Effective verbal and written English communication.
  • Proven testing and bug resolution abilities.
  • Independent thinker and self-starter.
