The Opportunity: Campaign & Growth Specialist

We are seeking a Campaign & Growth Specialist to spearhead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns. This critical role aims to drive measurable pipeline growth for Witboost, our innovative data product management platform. Focusing exclusively on performance marketing rather than branding or content, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Director and Head of Sales. Your mission will be to transform existing marketing assets, audience data, and campaign insights into high-converting campaigns that generate demo requests, sales-qualified leads, and ultimately, revenue opportunities. As the vital link between marketing and sales, you will craft and deliver the right message to the right audience through optimal channels, always guided by robust performance data and clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Responsibilities

  • Translate business priorities, including target accounts, industries, regions, and products, into concrete marketing plans with well-defined KPIs.
  • Launch and manage multi-channel programs across essential platforms such as email, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and retargeting initiatives.
  • Develop and implement workflows, segmentation strategies, automation, and lifecycle tracking mechanisms using HubSpot.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance data to continuously refine messaging, optimize audience targeting, and enhance the channel mix.
  • Employ an account-based marketing approach to effectively engage high-value prospects and strategic market segments.
  • Foster close collaboration with the Sales team, ensuring seamless alignment on account targeting, pipeline objectives, and mutual insights sharing.
  • Regularly report on key metrics such as demo requests, Cost Per Lead (CPL), conversion rates, and overall pipeline impact to inform and guide future marketing endeavors.

Requirements

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a closely related field.
  • Over 5 years of professional experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or campaign marketing.
  • Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with email marketing platforms, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and HubSpot.
  • Proven experience in implementing and managing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
  • Possession of strong analytical skills and a distinctly KPI-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English, coupled with proficiency in at least one other EU language (French, German, or Italian preferred).

Nice to have

  • Experience in supporting new market entry or geographic expansion campaigns.
  • Familiarity with intent data or lead intelligence tools.
  • Exposure to sales enablement within complex B2B buying cycles.
