Your Challenges to Grow on the Journey
- Refactor existing code using SQL and Python for process optimization.
- Develop and maintain BIs to support strategic decision-making.
- Automate People Management and Administrative Services processes with cutting-edge technologies and AI.
- Support the calculation of variable compensation for the sales force.
- Contribute to the evolution of the area's processes and continuous self-development.
What You Need to Become an Agilizado
Requirements
- Previous practical experience with SQL and Python.
- Knowledge of PowerBI, RPA, and notions of Artificial Intelligence.
- Completed or ongoing education in Technology, with strong logical, mathematical, and statistical thinking.
- Ability to work collaboratively with management and peers, including payroll managers and the Commercial Performance team.
