We are seeking an organized, proactive Remote Project Manager with outstanding communication skills and a client-first mindset. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, confidently manages multiple projects, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
The Role of a Remote Project Manager
As a Remote Project Manager, you will serve as the primary contact for clients throughout their entire project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth progress and timely completion.
- Leading client-facing meetings via screen share, effectively presenting updates and guiding clients through each project stage.
- Coordinating tasks and resources across various internal teams, including design, development, sales, and support.
- Maintaining project organization using ClickUp, meticulously tracking timelines, deliverables, and priorities.
- Proactively identifying and solving issues, and removing roadblocks to keep projects on track.
- Suggesting and implementing workflow and process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Performance Goals
- 30 Days: Learn our platform, workflows, and client communication style. Begin actively supporting client projects.
- 60 Days: Fully own multiple projects, comfortably lead client meetings, and efficiently coordinate internal resources.
- 90 Days: Become a key member of the PM team, confidently improving processes and consistently delivering exceptional client experiences.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Language: Fluent English, with clear written and spoken communication. A slight accent is acceptable.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Project Manager, with a preference for experience in SaaS, website design, or digital services. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with project management tools such as ClickUp and Asana, CRM platforms like HubSpot, and team communication tools like Slack.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, professional presence, and empathy in client interactions. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated leadership and initiative to make independent decisions.
Compensation, Benefits & Hours
- Hourly Rate: $12–$15 USD per hour, based on experience.
- Work Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week), primarily aligned with the EST time zone.
- Remote: Fully remote position; candidates must be able to reasonably work within EST hours.
