What You’ll Actually Do

  • Own the executive calendar across multiple companies and priorities.
  • Coordinate complex project timelines with authors, publishers, and Amazon operations.
  • Manage high-stakes communication with bestselling authors and enterprise partners.
  • Build systems that scale across different business models and industries.
  • Handle confidential deals, contracts, and strategic partnerships.
  • Filter and prioritize incoming opportunities so the executive focuses on what matters.
  • Coordinate travel, events, and author meetings with perfect execution.
  • Manage vendor relationships, payments, and operational logistics.
