We are looking to hire a Senior SEO & SEM Specialist with solid experience in demanding environments, capable of leading organic positioning projects and Google Ads campaigns with a clear vision of performance, business, and scalability. We are not just looking for someone who executes. We are looking for a person who thinks, analyzes, proposes, prioritizes, and has the judgment to make decisions.

What will be your mission?

You will be a key player in the digital team, designing, executing, optimizing, and scaling SEO and SEM strategies aimed at real business results. Your work will have a direct impact on the visibility, lead generation, and profitability of projects for clients in various sectors, both in Spain and in other international markets.

Main Responsibilities

SEO
  • Design and lead organic positioning strategies for clients in various sectors.
  • Perform technical SEO, content, and web architecture audits.
  • Identify organic growth opportunities and prioritize actions based on impact.
  • Develop advanced keyword research based on search intent, business, and market.
  • Define SEO architectures and content strategies aimed at lead generation.
  • Supervise technical implementations with development or content teams.
  • Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and organic channel evolution.
  • Prepare clear reports with actionable conclusions, not just data.
SEM / Google Ads
  • Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns.
  • Manage Search, Performance Max, Display, remarketing campaigns, and other types when sensible.
  • Optimize campaigns with a focus on business metrics: CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and lead quality.
  • Analyze audiences, segments, messages, and landing pages to improve performance.
  • Identify growth and efficiency opportunities in advertising investment.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and strategy teams to improve the lead generation ecosystem.
Analysis and Strategy
  • Translate data into decisions.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the lead generation funnel.
  • Propose improvements in campaigns, content, landing pages, and conversion experience.
  • Participate in strategic proposals for clients and new businesses.
  • Provide senior vision and judgment in decision-making for the digital area.

What we are looking for

  • Solid experience in a similar Senior SEO and SEM position.
  • Demonstrable experience developing organic positioning projects and managing Google Ads campaigns from start to finish.
  • Real mastery of key metrics such as: CPL, CPA, CTR, conversion rate, lead volume and quality, campaign profitability.
  • Ability to analyze data and turn it into actionable recommendations.
  • Experience working in international markets, not just Spain.
  • Good understanding of how to adapt SEO and SEM strategies based on country, language, competition, and search behavior.
  • Solid knowledge of tools such as: Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Ahrefs / SEMrush / Sistrix or similar, Looker Studio.
  • Autonomous, results-oriented profile with a strategic mindset.
  • High level of organization, judgment, and responsibility.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously without losing focus on priorities.
