Job Description

Media Buyer Freelance

Agence Short is looking for a Freelance Media Buyer to join their teams.

Daily Missions:

  • Pilot and scale Meta, TikTok, and Google campaigns for your client portfolio (budgets from 10k to 200k+/month).
  • Analyze performance daily, identify optimization levers, and make quick decisions on budget allocations, audiences, and creatives.
  • Build account structures and acquisition funnels from A to Z: campaigns, ad sets, audiences, creative tests, scaling.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to brief, challenge, and iterate on ads continuously based on performance data.
  • Produce client reports and lead follow-up meetings: you are the performance contact for your clients, explaining what works, why, and the next steps.

What We're Looking For:

  • Senior Media Buyer (3-5 years min), expert in Meta Ads, proficient in TikTok and/or Google – you know how to scale an account properly.
  • Data and ROI obsessed: you think in terms of ROAS, CPA, LTV, not vanity metrics.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, able to manage multiple clients in parallel and be their front-facing contact.
  • Freelance, 100% remote, available quickly – with the possibility of evolving into a permanent position if the fit is right.
  • Agency mindset and results-driven culture: you make decisions, you own them, you iterate.
