Job Overview

The Lifecycle Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing, and measuring multi-channel marketing strategies to drive engagement and retention among Bold’s diverse membership of older adults. This full-time role is hybrid and reports to the Head of Marketing.

Key Outcomes & Responsibilities

  • Own member engagement and retention KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Communications, Product, and Clinical.
  • Develop targeted messaging through precise user segmentation.
  • Design effective tests to gain insights into member motivations.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness at both business and member levels.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in engagement, lifecycle, or product marketing.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical skills to structure qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Excellent communication skills and adept content creation capabilities.
  • A proactive self-starter with a passion for building engaging user experiences.

Preferred Experience

Experience in healthcare or health-tech at a fast-paced startup is a plus. Bold values applications from candidates who are fast learners and eager to take on new challenges.
