What You Will Be Doing
As a Field Source Testing Technician at AGAT Laboratories, you will:
- Become familiar with ASSC and CEMS Code
- Perform equipment maintenance and repair
- Plan and prepare daily job activities
- Order spare parts and materials
- Load and unload equipment
- Manage time based on daily schedule
- Maintain AGAT Vehicle and required safety tickets
- Keep personal paperwork up to date
What You Bring To The Table
You should have:
- A valid Class 5 driver’s license with a good driving history
- Comfort with traveling throughout Western Canada
- Willingness to work beyond 8 hours per day
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
- Capability to climb and work at heights up to 150 feet
- Some mechanical, electrical, and chemical aptitude
Work Environment
This role involves both shop and field work, including standing, sitting, and repetitive tasks with occasional heavy lifting. Extensive time in vehicles and adherence to field safety tickets and PPE requirements are expected.
