As a Client Services Administrator, you will assist the Client Services Team with customer support and administrative tasks, ensuring client communications, follow-ups, and deadline management are executed flawlessly.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide administrative support and client communication in line with AGAT’s mission of 'Service Beyond Analysis'.
  • Submit bottle orders, manage re-assignment and re-analysis requests, and deliver accurate client information.
  • Complete tasks such as Sample Receipt Notifications, Results delivery, and Invoices within turnaround time.
  • Alert clients about sample integrity issues and update reports according to regulatory guidelines.
  • Offer backup support for Client Service Representatives including evening and weekend coverage.
  • Assist Logistics and Shipping by preparing bottle orders, organizing samples, and logging them into the LIMS.
  • Participate in team training and support internal and external audits.

What You Bring To The Table

A diploma or degree in Science or Administration is an asset along with at least 1 year of customer service experience. You should have confident computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel, LIMS, and Reporting Systems), excellent communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
