Overview

Do ETL processes, workflow automation, integrations and data transformation excite you? ag analytics a/s is looking for passionate Data Engineers or Backend Engineers to join our high-growth SaaS and analytics team focused on the automotive industry.

The Position

As a Data Engineer or Backend Engineer at ag analytics a/s, you will leverage your analytical skills to create and optimize data pipelines, automate workflows and build integrations. You will join a Data Team that includes four Data Engineers, two Product Owners, and two Student Assistants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, maintain, and optimize 3rd party integrations through ETL workflows using Apache Airflow.
  • Develop R and Python scripts for data processing and analysis.
  • Automate data workflows ensuring efficient execution and quality controls.
  • Integrate with 3rd party APIs to enhance data products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support analytics and reporting needs.
  • Continuously improve tech stack and architecture.

About You

You bring 2-4 years of experience as a Data Engineer or Backend Engineer and have proven skills in R and Python. You thrive in structured, deadline-driven environments and are passionate about data analytics and technology.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience in building ETL pipelines and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in R and Python.
  • Highly structured, detail-oriented and committed to quality.
  • Good verbal and written English skills.
  • Experience in a Scrum environment and with Apache Airflow is a plus.
