Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling, and coordination
- Coordinate meetings with internal teams, partners, and customers, ensuring preparation of materials and follow-ups
- Assist founders with administrative, operational, and organizational tasks to improve efficiency
- Support coordination of company communications, documents, and internal processes
- Help organize logistics for company events, meetings, and conferences
- Track and manage administrative workflows and operational tasks across the team
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by proactively identifying and resolving administrative needs
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in executive assistance, operations, administrative support, or a similar role (startup or tech experience a strong plus)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communicator with experience coordinating across teams and stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage schedules, logistics, and administrative processes efficiently
- Ability to work remotely while operating within Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting founders or executives at a startup or high-growth company
- Familiarity with modern productivity tools and remote collaboration environments
- Background in operations, administration, or executive support
